I’m so excited to share the highlights from Samantha and Sean’s engagement session at the Anchor River in Alaska. If you haven’t been there, it’s a stunning river surrounded by lots of greenery, the kind of place that feels untouched and truly magical. It’s the perfect spot for an adventurous and romantic photo session!

Samantha and Sean are such a dynamic duo, their energy is literally contagious. From the moment we met at the river, I knew it was going to be a fun day. The weather was absolutely perfect, with the sun shining down with light through the trees. We started off by taking some photos along the riverbank. The water was sparkling, and the natural beauty of the area provided an incredible backdrop! It didn’t take long for everyone to relax and just enjoy the moment. Their adorable pup was also along for the adventure, adding some extra cuteness to the session.

As we moved deeper into the woods, the towering trees seemed to wrap around us like. It created this intimate atmosphere that was perfect for capturing some sweet, quiet moments between Samantha and Sean. The highlight for me was definitely when the sun started to set, casting a warm, stunning glow everywhere. It was one of those picture-perfect moments you hope for as a photographer.

We wrapped up the session with a walk across a grassy meadow, the golden light fading softly, with their pup happily trotting alongside! It was a simple yet beautiful way to end the day.
